The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Criminal and Criminal-Procedural Codes of Ukraine regarding the use of a Child for Beggaring"

The Legislative act is elaborated in order to provide the keeping of the Constitution of Ukraine Principles regarding the legitimacy of Laws, prevention of misunderstanding concerning the Law from the 15^th of January 2009 "On Amendments to the Criminal and Criminal-Procedural Codes of Ukraine regarding the use of a Child for Beggaring". For the realization of the aim it is suggested that the date when the Law come into force suggesting that the Law and its amendments are implemented simultaneously.

The corresponding Bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,№ 4038
